Start by applying a cream, serum or any treatment you would like to assist with the massage.
For the legs and thigh area:
Firmly roll the jade roller into the skin with pressured strokes, rolling in different directions. Down, up, outward, inward across the treatment area. Repeat these motions for several minutes covering all areas.
For the face:
Firmly roll the jade roller into the skin starting at the forehead working your way down to the neck.
Roll in upward, outward movements repeating in each section for 8-10 passes.
Cover each section on your face.
Your skin will be red, this is ok and to be expected.
Do not press too hard, it should not be painful.
